1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- The product tag, invoice, and all accessories are included.
- The product is not on the non-returnable items list (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Personal care or beauty products
- Intimate apparel
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized or made-to-order items
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@cheeryb.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm if your return is approved.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer product exchanges only for defective or wrongly delivered items, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
